About us
Rotary Club Prishtina International (RCPI) is the only English-speaking Rotary club in Kosovo consisting of local and international members. Through both goodwill and fellowship we provide service to others across this country.
Rotary Club Prishtina International (RCPI) was founded in 2007 with Donald S. Tingle (principal of Prishtina High School) as the first president. Our club is an English speaking club comprised of International and local businessmen and women with a heart for helping the people of Kosovo. Over the past years, our membership has been represented by numerous countries to include Kosovo, Ireland, Estonia, Croatia, UK, Malta, Italy, United States, Germany, Sweden, Turkey and others.
In 2019 we celebrated the 10th anniversary of our chartering by Rotary International.
Our vision is that in the spirit of Rotary, RCPI will raise awareness of the work of Rotary and create lasting improvements for people in need across Kosovo.
How you can join us?
To better engage our members, RCPI meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday’s of each month, 18:30 at Restaurant Metropol in Prishtina. The 2nd Wednesday of each month is reserved for a club social activity. 4th Wednesday is for the club to be engaged in a service project. And if there is a 5th Wednesday, the club members will join another Rotary Club for information/cooperation. Also all guests and visitors are welcome.
You can also contact us through our email: contact@rcpi-ks.org
In the nearest years we all together are focused on these top five priorities: recruit and engage members (international and local), seek new resources, increase public image, improve club administration, address Kosovo community needs through club service projects.
These priorities are being addressed through each of the RCPI Committees, which includes: Membership Committee, Public Relations Committee, Rotary Foundation Committee, Service Projects Committee, Administration Committee (handled by the Board).

Some of our past and current projects include Blanket distribution, the acquisition of a flow-cytometer (for leukemia testing), emergency vehicles for outlying areas, firefighting equipment donations, the collection and distribution of books (in English) for the local schools, Water and Sanitation/Hygiene (WASH) program which brings clean drinking water to schools, helping the disabled persons, and many others.
